Okey O Welekwe is a graduate of linguistics, from the University of Port Harcourt, River State Nigeria. He also has a Diploma in Human resources management from institute of commercial management (I.C.M) London. He is the founder and senior pastor of New Covenant Mission (City of Inheritance) based in Cameroon. He is also the founder and president of Dominion Bible Institute. He received a divine commission from Jesus to Cameroon. “It is time arise, go and
